Property description

Sandfields Business Centre is a flagship of Neath Port Talbot Council's entrepreneurial initiatives, providing office and workshop accommodation to start-up and existing businesses. The main objective of the Centre is to make the first step into the world of business as easy as possible.
Managed by the Property & Regeneration Team, the Centre was officially opened in 1998 and quickly made an impact with a flurry of young businesses taking advantage of the facilities. With such positive feedback, and a number of businesses on the waiting list, plans were submitted and approved for the second phase of the building.
